How to place an order from the website?

Step 1: Start by clicking on your preferred item category. For example, if you're looking for bouquets, click on the 'Flowers' tab. Scroll through the options and click on your desired product.

Step 2: On the product page, either click "Add To Cart" to continue shopping for tokens or "Buy Now" to proceed to checkout. Select add-ons if desired..

Step 3: Review your selections by clicking the "Cart" tab in the top right corner of the web page. Next, click "Place Order.

Step 4: Log in with your email ID as prompted. On the checkout page, provide the delivery address, choose the delivery date/time, and add a special message. Click Review.

Step 5: Verify your order and click "Proceed To Payment" to complete your purchase.

What are the different modes of payment available, and can payment be made through cash?

To make this process convenient for you, we accept payment through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, easy paisa/ jazz cash.However, we offer cash on delivery option for Islamabad ordering only.

I am not able to complete the payment. What should I do?

If you're encountering this issue, it may be related to a connectivity problem. To resolve this, ensure that you have a stable internet connection when placing your order. Will I be charged extra shipping charges?

No, our standard delivery service to the listed areas comes at no extra charge. However, if you choose special delivery options or your delivery location is outside our regular service areas, there will be nominal additional charges.

What about any discount on bulk orders?

How will I know if my order has been delivered?

You will receive a confirmation msg once your order has been delivered. Additionally, you can log in to your Cocoa.Palette account to check the status of your order.

Is it possible to cancel my order, and if so, what is the procedure?

Cancellations are accepted but only within 24 hours of order placement. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at 03010588756

What do the Same day delivery Means?

We're more than happy to take your last minute orders and guarantee same day delivery. For same-day Standard Time Delivery, orders must be placed before 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday. For same-day One Hour Time Delivery, orders must be placed before 9:00 pm, Monday - Sunday. Midnight Delivery, orders must be placed before 9:00 pm, Monday - Sunday

Order Modification/Cancellation

Note: Order modification/cancellation in Rawalpindi/Islamabad order, please give us at least 24 hours' notice before the requested delivery date.
